Dr. Datta studied at V.S.S. Medical College, India. She completed her medical training at Montefiore Medical Center and Weiler Hospital, New York. Surgical Pathology 2004-2005. Fellowship training: UCLA and American Red Cross, Los Angeles, California: Fellow, Transfusion Medicine, 1999 - 2000.
She completed pathology residency at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York: Resident, Surgical and Clinical pathology, 1995 –1999, and internal medicine residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, Bronx, New York 1994 –1995.
Her certifications include:2005 Anatomical and clinical pathology and she is licensed in OR and WA. (FCAP) Fellow of College American Pathologists, (FASCP) Fellow of American Society of Clinical Pathology, Member of Oregon Medical Association.
